Delivery starts at $25 within ~10 miles of West Milford, NJ and scales by distance/order size. We’ll confirm total in your quote.

  • Reservations & Payment: 50% non‑refundable deposit to reserve. Balance due 24 hours before delivery.
  • Delivery & Pickup: Ground‑level drop unless otherwise arranged. Additional fees may apply for stairs/long carries.
  • Care: Tables/chairs returned free of food, tape, or decorations. Linens dry before bagging.
  • Damage: Renter responsible for loss or damage at replacement cost.
  • Weather: Canopies are for shade/light rain only. Secure properly; do not use in high winds.
  • Cancellations: Free date change if requested ≥24h before delivery (subject to availability). Deposit retained.
  • Liability: Oak Ridge Rentals is not liable for injuries due to misuse of equipment.
  • Access: Customer ensures clear access/driveway; pets secured.
  • Cleaning Fee: May apply if items returned heavily soiled.
  • Acceptance: By placing an order you accept these terms.
